Lil Wayne Is Reportedly Charged With Possession Of A Firearm; Risks Up To 10 Years In Prison

Lil Wayne just found himself in big trouble according to the latest reports. Check out what happened according to The Shade Room.

It’s been revealed that Lil Wayne’s jet was searched by authorities and they reportedly found drugs, a firearm and ammunition.

TSR cites TMZ_TV and notes that today, Wayne has been hit with weapons charges and if convicted, could possibly face up to 10 years in prison.

TSR also notes that ‘The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida charged Wayne today with 1 count of possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon. Though Wayne was “cleared” to leave the scene after authorities searched his plane, it seems authorities now feel that Wayne was wrongfully in possession of a weapon and ammunition. He’s scheduled to appear in court next month.’
