What Is Post Malone's Favorite Beer?

World-famous American rapper Post Malone is known to be partial to his beverages. So it makes sense that fans would want to know which of his beloved beers he favors most.

Post Malone has not yet come out with a statement on his favorite beer. He does have a partnership with the American brand Budweiser and has helmed two commercials for the company. They also rolled out Limited Edition Post Malone merchandise in early 2019. However, Malone has professed a love for the game of beer pong.

Despite not making any explicit comments on a favorite brand, his career has had many links to his love for beer-drinking.

Budweiser and Bud Light Partnership

As early as 2018, Malone has been involved in promoting Bud Light to American audiences, with his first advert for the company released in March of that year. In return, the company even presented him with his own Bud Light refrigerator.

Just over a year later, in October 2019, he would then collaborate on a limited edition merch collection with Bud Light. This was to be released alongside their special edition beer can be emblazoned with an image of Malone’s face.

The partnership continued into 2020, reaching its peak with two commercials starring Post Malone for Budweisers new line of Bud Light Seltzer. One even appeared during the 2020 Super Bowl and was well-received by the public.

Malone has been open in praising both the company and the product, saying of the partnership:

“I just love the taste and the camaraderie. So it’s a real honor and blessing for me to be able to be a part of such a big moment.”

Beerbongs & Bentleys

The title of his second album, Beerbongs & Bentleys, makes direct reference to one of Post Malone’s favorite past-times. Beerbongs are typically made out of funnels and tubing, which together is used to transmit beer to the participant’s mouth as quickly as possible.

The album was released on April 27, 2018, and was a huge commercial success for the rapper. Beerbongs & Bentleys is considered to be a breakout in his career, debuting at number one on the US Billboards 200, breaking streaming records on Spotify, and going on to break the record for most simultaneous entries for the US Billboard’s top 20.

A Passion For Beer Pong

His love of the game of beer pong has been well recorded throughout his career.

The most surprising news relating to his beer pong passion might be the trademark filed under his name, copyrighting the title “World Pong League”. The filing is described as an official beer pong tournament with corresponding events and merchandise.

He even appeared on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, being challenged by the host Jimmy Fallon to a game of beer pong on the studio set. Malone would emerge as the winner.

Since the start of his emerging career in 2014, he has been posting about his love for beer pong on social media. He even won $50,000 playing the game, after succeeding in a challenging wager against fellow rapper Tyla Yaweh in 2019.

He even played beer pong against Green Days’ Billie Joe Armstrong in 2019, when the musician came to visit him backstage after a show in Oakland. Armstrong would later take to Instagram saying, “I played my first game of beer pong with Post Malone”.

A New Tattoo

Post Malone is almost as famous for the tattoos that cover much of his face and body as he is for his music. So it shouldn’t be a surprise that he has at least one tattoo related to his love of beer, though it may not be what you expect.

Back in July 2020, Malone had finished up a concert in Kansas City, Missouri. Attending the concert were Kansas City Chiefs teammates Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce, and Malone, being a fan of the Chiefs, invited them both backstage.

Malone went on to challenge the football players to one of his favorite pastimes, beer pong. After losing over a dozen rounds of the game, he told the pair if he lost the final round he would have both players’ autographs tattooed on his body.

He would go on to lose the game, and despite protests from the two, he did fulfill his word. The rapper would later say that of all the dozens of tattoos he has, those were the only ones he received as a result of losing a bet.
